How do I load airtime?

You can go to any airtime vendor and purchase a Normal Cell C airtime voucher. To load the airtime voucher, Just dial *102*<Voucherno#. You can also load airtime from your online banking site, just make sure you select Cell C.

How do I cancel my WAPSA service?

Dial *133*1# and follow the prompts.

How do I check my airtime balance?

Dial *101# from The Unlimited SIM card and it will display all available balances. (Purchase Airtime, Free Airtime and Data)

When will I receive my free airtime?

Within 24 hours of us receiving Notification from your Bank that your monthly Premium payment has been successful. You will also get an SMS notifying you.

How do I activate/RICA my The Unlimited SIM card?

If your product was provided to you by one of our Sales Team, then they will RICA and activate it for you. If it was Delivered to you by our Courier Partner, then they will notify us as soon as they leave you and we will activate it. If your SIM card is still not Active or showing a signal, give us call on 087 357 7777, between the hours of 08:00 and 17:00, Monday to Friday, or Saturdays between 08:00 and 13:00, and one of our Cellular Support Guru's will get you connected.

How do I access my voicemail messages?

Dial 144Remember to setup your voicemail as soon as you insert your SIM CARD into your phone. If you don't set it up, your Friends and Family will not be able to leave you a voicemail message.

How do I port my number to The Unlimited SIM card?

You can either dial 135 from your the Unlimited SIM card (Free call) or 087 357 7777 and one of our Cellular Support Guru's will initiate the port for you.

I've lost my The Unlimited SIM card, how do I get a new one?

You can either dial 135 from your the Unlimited SIM card (Free call) or 087 357 7777 and one of our Cellular Support Guru's will initiate a new SIM request for you. We will ask you you pay R100.00 for a lost SIM card request so we can send the Courier to Deliver it to you.

If I cancel this policy, can I still use The Unlimited SIM card?

Yes. Your SIM card will remain active as long as you are using it so you can continue to enjoy the DOUBLE AIRTIME benefit.

I've forgotten my number. How can I find out what my number is?

Dial *147# from your the Unlimited SIM card and select option 3. Self Service. From this menu, you can Get your Data Settings, Get you number sent to you, Get your PUK number sent to you and find out what number you must dial to get your VoiceMail and Dial our Customer Care team.
