How do I cancel my debit order with the Unlimited?

Give us a call on 0861 990 000 or send an email to customercare@theunlimited.co.za.

How long does a refund take to be processed?

Once the request is received and you have sent us all supporting documentation (usually a bank statement), you will receive feedback between 24-48 hours.

How do I stop your agents from calling me?

You can give us a call on 0861 990 000 or email customercare@theunlimited.co.za and request an agent to submit your name to our Do Not Contact list. Once this has been actioned, you will receive SMS confirmation that you have been removed from our database.
