How do I claim for Auto Elite/Auto Prestige?

Step 1 - Click here to access the online claim form

Step 2 - Complete the online claim form in full and submit.

Step 3 - You will receive an automated email with the claims process and you will be

requested to visit 2 authorised repair centres to obtain quotations.

Step 4 - All claims details must be submitted to the email address provided and once both

quotes have been received your claim will be opened and assessed within 48 hours.

How long do I have to wait until I can claim for my vehicle?

You may use the maintenance benefit after your 2nd successful debit in a row. Roadside Assistance is available after your 1st successful debit.

How do I get a list of panel beaters in my area?

When you log an online claim you will be given a list of panel beaters in your area, plus details on the claims process.

How do I follow up on my claim?

How do I change my car details if I have a new car?

You can change your vehicle on your current membership but the suspensive period of 2 successful debits in a row will re-apply. You will also be asked for proof of ownership when you next claim and you will not be able to claim for pre-existing damage as this forms part of the initial 90 days on a membership.
